The details

Plain rules, so there are no surprises

This is a summary. When you sign up, you get a short service agreement to review and sign, and that agreement governs the service.

Days 1-120

Your White Glove campaign

This is where the hands-on work happens: records review, listing build, launch across our channels, buyer screening, lead follow-up, daily monitoring and weekly reports.

If your aircraft is under contract on day 120, we keep supporting your marketing through closing.

After day 120, through month 12

Your listing stays live

If the aircraft has not sold, your listing stays on Hangar67 until it sells, for up to 12 months from the day it goes live, and inquiries keep coming to you.

Want another hands-on campaign? You can renew.

You pay nothing up front. You send us your materials, we build your listing and you review it. Once you approve it to go live, we bill you $1,500, one time. Your 120-day campaign starts the day your listing goes live.
We review every aircraft first
White Glove is not automatic. Before we accept an aircraft, we review it and the price you want to achieve, so we only take on aircraft we believe we can help. We take a limited number of aircraft at a time.
What we do
We collect and review your records and asking price, build and maintain your listing, market it through Hangar67's own channels (our website, our email audience and our social media following), screen buyer inquiries, follow up with interested buyers and report to you weekly during your campaign.
What we don't do
We are not an aircraft broker or your agent. We do not negotiate, hold deposits or escrow, show the aircraft, fly it, inspect it, appraise it or close the sale. We do not buy paid advertising on your behalf. We do not provide or pay for photography or cleaning; if you want them, we can introduce you to providers, and you hire and pay them directly. You set the price and make every decision about the sale.
We need you, too
White Glove works only with your help: records and photos when we ask for them, timely approval of your listing, and prompt replies to the qualified buyers we send you. Campaign time keeps running while we wait to hear from you.
No guarantee of sale
Whether and when an aircraft sells, and for how much, depends on many things we do not control, including your asking price, the aircraft's condition and records, the market, and the buyers themselves. We do not guarantee a sale, a sale price, a timeline or a number of inquiries.
When service ends
Service ends earlier if you sell the aircraft, take it off the market or ask us to stop.
What sellers say

Sellers and dealers on Hangar67

From people who list their aircraft on Hangar67.

My dad built from the ground up a 1946 Piper Cub J3 ... a plane he loved more than anything in the world. After he passed away, I knew that I had to make sure his pride and joy went to an owner who could love the Cub just as much as my dad did. Because of the website Hangar67, I was able to do that.
Carey StarnsPiper Cub J3 Owner
Their site functions just like the other top listing services, but for a fraction of the price. The key difference-maker for us is their responsiveness to their clients. Anytime I need help, they are a phone call or email away, and I typically have a response in minutes.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Do you negotiate or close the sale for me?

No. White Glove is a marketing service. We build and market the listing, screen buyers and keep leads warm. You, or your broker, handle showings, negotiation and closing.

I'm a broker or dealer. How does White Glove work for me?

Think of us as an ad-hoc member of your team for one listing. We do the listing, marketing and lead follow-up work. Your client relationship, your leads and your deal stay yours.

I'm selling my own aircraft. What do I still handle?

You approve the listing, set your price and talk with the qualified buyers we send you. When a buyer is ready to deal, you negotiate and close yourself, or bring in a broker or attorney if you prefer.

What do I need to provide?

Very little. Tell us where the aircraft's records and photos are, and we collect and organize them. If you want new photos or video, we can introduce you to a photographer and an aircraft detailer. That part is optional, and you hire them directly.

How much does it cost?

$1,500, one time, billed only after you approve your listing to go live. It covers a 120-day hands-on campaign (the records, the listing, the marketing, the buyer screening and the daily follow-through) and a listing that stays live until your aircraft sells, up to 12 months.

Do you accept every aircraft?

No. We review each aircraft and the price you want to achieve before we approve it for White Glove, and we take a limited number of aircraft at a time. If it is not a fit, we will tell you, and point you to a Free or Featured listing instead.

When do I pay?

After you approve your listing. You send us your materials, we build the listing, and you review it. Once you approve it to go live, we bill you $1,500. No payment is taken when you fill out the form.

What does "until sold" mean?

Your hands-on White Glove campaign runs for 120 days, and if your aircraft is under contract on day 120 we keep supporting your marketing through closing. After that, your listing stays live on Hangar67 until the aircraft sells, for up to 12 months from the day it goes live. You can renew for another hands-on campaign at any time. See the details.

Do you guarantee my aircraft will sell?

No, and no one honestly can. A sale depends on many things we do not control, including your asking price, the aircraft's condition and records, the market, and how quickly you respond to buyers. What we promise is the work.

How do I get started?

Tell us about your aircraft or call us at (713) 331-9452. A sales rep will contact you within one business day to talk through your aircraft and your goals.

Ready to hand over the controls?
