This aircraft is extremely appealing due to the Avidyne Avionics Upgrade and LoPresti Modifications. The aircraft features the desirable LoPresti Howl Cowl, Wing Zip Tips Lighting System, Main Gear Spats, Flap Hinge Fairings, and Multiple Gaps Seals. The cost of installing the LoPresti Modifications most likely exceeded $50,000 back in the day. An additional investment of $38,000 in Avionics is another positive for this aircraft. The current owner upgraded the Flight Deck with the desirable Avidyne Platform Featuring an IFD540 GPS Navigator, Avidyne Audio Panel, Avidyne Transponder, and ADS-B In and Out Solutions. The Avidyne Flight Deck is complimented with an Altitude Autopilot and Slaved HSI System.

The aircraft is value priced due to inactivity and incident history. The aircraft was inactive most of the time between October 19, 2017, through September 3, 2025. The aircraft flew only 39.5 hours during this time period. Due to the age of the engine, IRAN history, and limited utilization, it is recommended that next owner of this aircraft coordinate a fresh engine overhaul immediately.
