Continental TSIO-520-P6 The Continental TSIO-520-P6 engine has been well maintained and most recently received a 100-hour inspection on October 14, 2025, at 1,684.8 tach hours (1,643.9 hours since major overhaul). The inspection included cylinder compression testing and borescope inspection of all six cylinders, with no discrepancies noted. Maintenance performed during the inspection included: Cylinder compression test (all cylinders within Continental limits) Borescope inspection of all cylinders with no defects noted Oil and filter change with new AA48108-2 oil filter Turbo oil check valve cleaned and serviced with new O-ring Oil drain valve disassembled, cleaned, and reassembled with new O-rings Engine serviced with AeroShell W100 oil Engine ground run and leak check completed with satisfactory results The engine was inspected in accordance with a 100-hour inspection and returned to service in airworthy condition by an A&P/IA. |
