Beginning March 12, 2021, deactivated Australian military aircraft and equipment is once again hitting the auction block. Looking to build on last year’s success, Australian Frontline Machinery (AFM) is bringing to market multiple pieces of aviation equipment.
The highlight of the auction is the sought-after, very limited Pilatus PC-9/A aircraft. Until it's retirement in December 2019, the PC-9/A was utilized by the Royal Australian Air Force for training and acrobatics and now can be purchased at no reserve auction with the starting bid of $1AUD.
Only 265 PC-9/As were built worldwide. These highly desired aircraft and associated parts for sale will certainly attract a lot of attention, resulting in a flurry of bidding activity.
